Man Facing Charges In Randolph Domestic Incident

RANDOPH — A South Dayton man has been charged after a domestic disturbance early Thursday morning on Main Street.

Cattaraugus County sheriff’s deputies report Randall M. Duck, 59, of 118 Oaks Road Lot 2, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after they responded to an incident around 1 a.m. An investigation revealed Duck had kicked in a door that was locked to keep him from entering, causing damage to the door and frame.

In addition, Duck was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and was arraigned in town of Perrysburg Court virtually and releases without bail. He will be back in Randolph court later.
