Clymer Man Charged In Early Morning Dispute
CLYMER — A domestic incident involving a shotgun has led to charges for town resident.
Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies report they were dispatched to a residence in the town around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Upon arrival, deputies were able to determine that Tyler Lindemuth, 25, did allegedly display a shotgun while preventing another subject from leaving a residence during the course of an argument.
Lindemuth was taken into custody and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree menacing. He was transported to the county jail for Centralized Arraignment Process.
