KENNEDY — A rollover accident at Daily Hill and Sprague Hill roads on St. Patrick’s Day has led to charges for a Sinclairville resident.

Troopers out of State Police at Jamestown said Saturday they charged John Yusczyk, 27, with driving while intoxicated.

Yusczyk was identified as the driver and placed under arrest after failing several field sobriety tests. Yusczyk was transported to Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of 0.11. Yusczyk was then processed, issued tickets and released.

Yusczyk is to be in the town of Poland Court next month. He was not injured in the accident.
