Crash Leads To Vehicular Assault Charges For City Woman
A Jamestown woman is facing several charges following a crash Tuesday evening in the village of Brocton in which two people, including an 11-year-old, were taken by helicopter to the hospital.
The New York State Police said it is investigating the one-vehicle crash that occurred around 7:10 p.m. on Old Mill Road. In a news release, troopers said 25-year-old Victoria N. Bradberry was “exhibiting obvious signs of impairment” and later admitted to consuming alcohol before driving.
Following the crash, two occupants were transported via helicopter while the city woman was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Bradberry was later transported to police barracks for processing and transported to Chautauqua County Jail for arraignment. She is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, two counts of vehicular assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
