WARREN, Pa. — Federal search warrants were served Tuesday morning at several Erie, Pa.-based physical therapy locations, including at one in the city of Warren, Pa.

A sign at the Hertel & Brown Physical & Aquatic in Warren indicated that the business was closed for the day.

The execution of the warrants included members of the FBI; Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General; Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General; and the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.

No further information regarding the searches, specifically what authorities are investigating or if anything was removed, was made available.

Other locations searched Tuesday include: 902 W. Erie Plaza Drive, Erie, Pa.; 8270 Peach St., Erie, Pa.; 3911 Avonia Road, Fairview, Pa.; and 4472 Buffalo Road, Erie, Pa.
