SHERMAN — A September incident has led to charges for a 19-year-old.

On Saturday morning, Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies reported they were called to the town of Sherman for an alleged assault on Sept. 8. After an investigation, it was discovered that Patrick O. How, 19, had punched another individual causing physical injury to that individual. How was charged with third-degree assault and is set to be in the Town of Sherman Court at a later date to answer the charges.
