Wanted City Man Found With Stolen Motorcycle Jailed
A man on the Jamestown Police Department’s Top 10 Most Wanted list has been taken into custody.
Officers were called at about 9:30 a.m. Monday to the 100 block of East First Street for a report of a motorcycle in a parking lot with no license plate. Christopher E. Dellahoy, 33, of Jamestown was located nearby hiding in the back seat of a parked vehicle.
It was learned that Dellahoy was in possession of the motorcycle that had just been reported stolen.
Dellahoy was wanted by Jamestown police for aggravated family offense, fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree burglary. He was recently named on the department’s Top 10 Most Wanted list.
The city man was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was transported to Jamestown City Jail and held for arraignment.
The motorcycle was returned to its owner.
