A peaceful protest to support Black Live Matter was held on the corner of Route 20 and Temple Street in the village of Fredonia on Monday.

About a dozen individuals gathered on all four corners calmly holding up signs in support of African American issues plaguing the U.S. since the George Floyd incident that happened Memorial Day.

“I was biking past, I saw them out here so I went home and got a sign,” Simon Morrow said. “I’ve been seeing protests happening all over the country and I really wanted to participate in any way that I could.”
