CLYMER — A Wattsburg, Pa., man has died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle car accident Feb. 13 on Clymer Center Road.

David S. Bensink, 69, of Wattsburg was pronounced dead Thursday at UPMC Hamot from injuries in the accident. Investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Team found that Michael T. Wade, 52, of Clymer failed to keep right and hit a vehicle driven by Bensink in the oncoming lane of traffic around 4:26 p.m. Feb. 13. Bensink was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Both men were taken to UPMC Hamot for their injuries.

Wade was charged with failure to keep right. No additional charges are expected.
