KENNEDY — A helicopter was summoned after a two-car crash Wednesday afternoon.

Volunteer firefighters from Kennedy, Falconer and Frewsburg were called around 3:15 p.m. to the collision at 937 Route 394 in the town of Poland.

Chautauqua County EMS and members of the county Fire Police Team also responded.

The east- and westbound lanes of Route 394, from Poland Center Road to Route 62, were closed to traffic.
