Two Jamestown residents face charges after officers investigated a possible order of protection violation at 133 Lakeview Avenue on Monday.

According to a police report, Justin D. Cusimano, 35, and Justine M. Hancock, 30, both of Jamestown, were charged with three counts each of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia at 9:36 a.m. Monday. Officers report arriving at the home to locate Cusimano and found he was allegedly violating a court-ordered order of protection. Officers then reported finding drug paraphernalia, 3.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a methamphetamine and fentanyl mixture as well as suboxone strips individually packaged for sale.

Both Cusimano and Hancock were taken to the Jamestown City Jail until they could be arraigned.
