(10:40 AM) Second Person Indicted In Jan. 30 Drive-By Shooting
A Chautauqua County Grand Jury has handed up a second indictment in a drive-by shooting at 2:48 a.m. Jan. 30.
Corey M. Johnson, 19, has been indicted for three counts of attempted murder and one count of first-degree assault. One person was seriously injured after being struck in the face by a shot fired as the victim and two other people walked along North Main Street, Jamestown.
Johnson has been arrested and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $200,000 cash or $400,000 property bond.
