ELLINGTON — One person was taken to UPMC Chautauqua hospital following a rollover crash Tuesday.

The New York State Police said 19-year-old Michaliah Livecche lost control while taking a curve on Waterboro Hill Road around noon in the town of Ellington. The 2004 Ford Taurus left the road and overturned.

Troopers found Livecche hanging upside down by her seat belt unable to get out. She was eventually freed and taken to the hospital for neck pain.

Volunteer firefighters from Ellington also responded to the scene.
