FALCONER — Two people were charged after a crash late Monday in the village of Falconer.

Officers with the Ellicott Police Department were called to a crash that took place on East Main Street. Police learned 37-year-old Bethanie T. Clark, of Steamburg, had been driving when she struck a parked car.

A passenger in the car, 51-year-old David K. Lamb, no address given, fled following the crash but was located a short time later. Lamb was reportedly found in possession of another person’s prescription medication; he was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and issued appearance tickets to be in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.

Clark was determined to not have a valid driver’s license and had warrants from the city of Jamestown.
