City Man Charged, Not Arrested

A police report in the Oct. 8, 2013, edition of The Post-Journal incorrectly stated Brandon Lucariello of Jamestown had been arrested after a traffic stop by Lakewood-Busti police. Lucariello was given appearance tickets for Busti Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
