The Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association held its August meeting in Westfield and members brought baskets of donated items that were raffled. Proceeds from the raffle were donated to two local charities, the Sinclairville 76ers and Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue. Each charity received a $200 donation.
