Happy Feet is a brand new arrival at NCCR, transferred from an overcrowded facility to give her a better chance at finding her own happily ever after. She is a 4-year-old spayed female miniature poodle weighing 20 pounds. Happy is reportedly sweet-natured and friendly with people and most other dogs, and had lived with numerous other dogs in her former home. She likes petting and seems to ride well in the car. Someone looking for a cute little lap dog who doesn't mind keeping up with grooming for a curly non-shedding coat, Happy is ready and waiting.
