FALCONER – Nikki Fagerstrom Pierce of Falconer has secured the Democratic Party and Independent line on the November election ballot for the District 15 seat on the Chautauqua County Legislature.
The District 15 seat represents the Town of Ellicott, which includes the villages of Celoron and Falconer. She is currently serving as a Falconer Village Board member and has been involved in the advancement of Falconer since 2023, including the recent awarding of a $4.5 million NY Forward grant. Fagerstrom Pierce has also helped redevelop the Falconer Farmers and Artisan Market and oversaw the inaugural FALLconerFEST in September 2025.
She is the proprietor of PersNikkity Pies Cafe and Bakery in Falconer. Prior to opening the bakery, she was a Chautauqua County employee, working at the Office of Probation where she also served as a CSEA 6300 Union Steward. Her professional history is marked with human services positions for agencies such as Chautauqua Opportunities, Chautauqua Works and the Winifred Crawford Dibert Boys and Girls Club.
