The Falconer Park Recreation program has announced this year's recipient of the annual Park Hero Award. This year the winner was Chase Parmentier. Presenting the award to Chase is Falconer recreation director Chris Schrader and Chase's older brother Max, who was last year's winner. The Park Hero Challenge was created 34 years ago by Schrader as a collection of summer-long points earned by completing various activities and challenges. The person with the most points at the end of the summer is named Park Hero.
