Zonta Club welcomes six new members

The Zonta Club of Jamestown recently welcomed six new members: Tammy Pacheco, Rachel McKillip, Suzette Smith, Mary Soto, Terri Crandall and Kelly Amatuzzo.

Each new member was officially welcomed during the induction ceremony and pledged to support Zonta’s mission of empowering women and girls locally and around the world.

Founded in 1919, Zonta International is a leading global organization of professionals dedicated to empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy. The Zonta Club of Jamestown supports numerous local initiatives, including scholarships, leadership development, community service projects, and programs that promote the health, safety, education, and economic empowerment of women and girls.

New members will have opportunities to participate in service projects, fundraising efforts, advocacy initiatives and educational programs throughout the year.

The Zonta Club of Jamestown meets regularly and welcomes individuals who are interested in making a difference in the lives of women and girls.
