WESTFIELD – Andrea Babcock, Westfield town clerk, has been officially sworn in as District 10 director for the New York State Town Clerks Association.

As District 10 director, Babcock will represent and support town clerks across Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties. She will serve as a liaison between local clerks and the statewide association, helping to promote professional development, communication and advocacy on issues important to municipal clerks.

Babcock is a Registered Municipal Clerk in New York state.

“I’m honored to serve District 10 and to work alongside such dedicated professionals,” Babcock said. “Town clerks play a vital role in local government, and I look forward to supporting my colleagues and strengthening our communities.”

The New York State Town Clerks Association provides education, training, and resources to town clerks statewide, promoting effective and efficient local government.
