FALCONER – Barrie Yochim, executive director of Meals on Wheels of the Jamestown Area, spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Falconer at a recent meeting.

During his presentation, Yochim described how the program serves residents in central and southern Chautauqua County and noted that the organization has been operating for more than 40 years. He also explained how meals are delivered and emphasized the important role volunteers play in making the service possible.

Meals on Wheels is available to senior citizens age 60 and older. Among the volunteers who help deliver meals are Kiwanis Club President Mike Erlandson and his wife, Sue.
