Pets of the week -Jelly
Jelly is a beautiful mixed breed spayed female, believed to have some husky in her heritage along with a few other mystery breeds. She is 1 year old and fully grown at about 46 pounds. Jelly is friendly and affectionate with people, gets along with most other friendly dogs, and may already be house trained – she keeps a tidy kennel. Because she is young and has working breed ancestry, Jelly will need a good amount of daily exercise and activity to keep her content. She’s no couch potato. Those seeking a hiking partner or an adventure buddy should look no further. Read more about Jelly and all of the available adoptable dogs at www.caninerescue.org, and apply to adopt online. Visit the shelter at 7540 N. Gale St., Westfield, Monday through Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. with no appointment needed. For more information email adoptions@caninerescue.org.
