Pets Of The Week: Meatball – Chautauqua County Humane Society
Meatball, this week’s Chautauqua County Humane Society Pet of the Week, is a big ball of love who is all about his toys and can often be seen with a stuffy in his mouth when he isn’t playing tug or fetch. He is a young dog who is full of energy and love to give but is still learning how to interact with the world around him. Meatball isn’t the type to hand out his friendship to just anyone. He’s a bit skeptical of new people and prefers to take his time getting to know someone before deciding they’re part of his inner circle. For Meatball, trust is something that’s built through several positive interactions and a little patience. Meatball forms strong bonds with his favorite people and becomes a loyal, loving companion who enjoys being close to his trusted humans. All animals adopted from CCHS have been spayed or neutered, are up to date for vaccinations, and have a microchip. CCHS is located at 2825 Strunk Road in Jamestown, open 1 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. See available animals at Chqhumane.org.
