Lincoln Archives Inc /LACyber has acquired The Shred Center of Jamestown.

The transaction closed on Jan. 29, 2026, with Lincoln Archives beginning service to Shred Center clients on Feb. 3.

The acquisition expands Lincoln Archives’ regional footprint into the Southern Tier, an area previously outside its primary service territory. There are 100 Shred Center clients who are affected.

The acquisition also enhances service continuity for organizations with multiple office locations throughout Western New York and the Southern Tier, enabling them to consolidate vendors and rely on one trusted provider for secure information destruction and cybersecurity solutions.
