Cindy Capestrani, Falconer village clerk, has been named 2025 Chautauqua County Municipal Clerks Association Clerk of the Year. Capestrani was nominated by her peers and fellow CCMCA members. Comments submitted described her as one who is active in her community outside of her clerk responsibilities; willing to serve in whatever capacity within the CCMCA organization, where she currently serves as the association’s secretary. Association members presented Capestrani with a gift and shared the comments received from her fellow CCMCA members.
