Lake Shore Bank has awarded a $5,000 grant to Community Inclusion Inc.

The money, from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Small Business Development Grant Program, will support Community Inclusion’s general operations.

“We want to extend our gratitude to Lake Shore Bank for the generous $5,000 donation,” said Lindsay VandeVelde, Community Inclusion’s executive director. “Their support will help with bridge funding towards the operational costs of our Health Center operations, ensuring our services remain accessible to our patients and community who rely on us.”

Amy Harding, vice president and regional sales manager for Lake Shore Bank, visited the Community Inclusion Inc., Health Center on East Second Street in Jamestown to deliver the grant check.

“We truly appreciate Amy and her team for their continued support and commitment to our mission,” VandeVelde said.

In 2024, Lake Shore provided a $10,000 Small Business Development Grant to help fund startup costs as Community Inclusion assumed operations of The Resource Center’s primary care, dental, school-based health, and podiatry services.
