ERA Team VP Hosts Toys For Tots Drive

ERA Team VP Real Estate & Vacation Rentals’ 2025 Toys for Tots Drive exceeded its original goal with 567 toys donated and $1,425 raised to benefit local children in need during the holiday season.

As part of a nationwide initiative alongside the ERA brand and in partnership with the Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program, ERA Team VP invited the community to give back through toy donations and monetary contributions across all office locations.

“This year’s response truly exceeded our expectations,” said Bill Soffel, broker/owner of ERA Team VP. “The holidays can be a difficult time for many families, and seeing our agents, staff, and community come together to ensure children experience the joy of receiving a gift is incredibly meaningful.”

ERA Team VP agents hosted several of their own independent efforts and created new community-led initiatives. Melissa Bedell hosted her own personal Toys for Tots drive in Western New York that resulted in $1,150 in cash donations and 369 toys donated directly.
