During a Veterans Day celebration recently at Fredonia Place, Fredonia, Dewey Winchell, a 100-year-old World War I Navy veteran received a quilt in honor of his service from Myra Johnston, Regent of the Benjamin Prescott Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
