More than a hundred young, bright and talented performers from Dancing With Victoria in Jamestown are gearing up to present a journey about the world’s most famous reindeer.

The Reindeer who Saved Christmas tells the story of Rudolph and features a number of magical holiday favorites including Run, Run Rudolph, Let it Snow and Santa Claus is Coming to Town. The performance takes place at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, at the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts in Jamestown.

“We are extremely proud of our performers. These remarkable children have added many hours each week to their regular dance schedules all while continuing to participate in other extra-curricular activities. Their commitment is commendable and we’re excited to show the community what these young people can do,” said Jaclyn Haskell-Ferraro, director of the Dancing With Victoria Performing Arts Center.

The production is being presented in partnership with Collaborative Children’s Solutions, a nonprofit organization designed to bring the community together for the betterment of children.

“It’s an honor for Collaborative Children’s Solutions to partner with such an incredible community resource like Dancing with Victoria, and having the chance to see the incredibly talented performers on stage in one of Western New York’s most beautiful and historic venues in the Reg Lenna Center for the Arts makes it that much more special. What a way to start the holiday festivities,” said Pat Smeraldo, Owner, Collaborative Children’s Solutions.

Tickets are now on sale at the Reg Lenna Box Office, either online or in person. Reserve your seat today!

Some of the dance center’s students will also take part in the holiday parade on Saturday, Dec. 6.

“Reg Lenna Center for the Arts is happy to host Dancing with Victoria this holiday season. The Reindeer Who Saved Christmas is a great event to bring families to as we head into the Most Wonderful Time of the Year,” said Len Barry, Reg Lenna director of marketing and communications.
