The Jamestown Kiwanis Club, aided by its Jamestown High School Key Club, put on its annual “Breakfast with Santa” at the Salvation Army.

For more than 20 years the Kiwanis Club has partnered with the Salvation Army to provide a pancake breakfast to 50 children, selected by the Salvation Army, and their families.

Each child gets a gift specifically chosen for them by Santa Claus.

The Jamestown Kiwanis Club, founded in 1920, has had a long relationship with the Salvation Army on many projects.

Kiwanis members helping with the breakfast were: Chuck Nazzaro, Fred Larson, Sam Teresi, Bill Schuver, Jim Alexander, Sue Carlson and Wendy Wilcox.

Former Jamestown Kiwanian, the Rev. Mark Parsons, entertained the children with a magic show. Santa’s helper was Gary Loll.

The Jamestown Kiwanis Club is an organization of community leaders whose primary purpose is service to youth.

Starting at $3.50/week.
