Christina S. Blair faces several charges after an accident Nov. 3.

According to police, at about 3:16 p.m., officers responded to a motor vehicle accident near Baker and Chapman streets.

Officers spoke with drivers of each vehicle, and found Christina S. Blair, 42, of Jamestown, was at fault. Upon further investigation, officers determined that Blair allegedly was driving while intoxicated with four children in her vehicle. Blair was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail.

While at the jail, Blair submitted to a chemical breath test to determine her blood-alcohol level. The test result showed her BAC was over twice the legal limit, police said.

Blair was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, aggravated DWI with child in vehicle, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and other traffic infractions.

She will be in Jamestown City Court later.
