At its September Program meeting, the Zonta Club of Jamestown hosted a presentation entitled Then, Now, and the Future – Women Empower Women, highlighting the role of mentorship in empowering women across generations.
The event featured Zonta members sharing personal stories about the importance of both having and being mentors. Speakers reflected on how mentorship has shaped their personal and professional journeys, provided encouragement during challenges, and fostered confidence to pursue leadership roles.
The program aligns with Zonta International’s mission of building a better world for women and girls. Attendees left with a renewed commitment to fostering connections and creating opportunities for future generations.
The Zonta Club of Jamestown has been serving the local community since 1921, supporting projects that advance the status of women through service, advocacy, and scholarship.
