Marvin House Luncheon Is Sept. 18

The next Marvin House membership luncheon featuring Rebecca Magnuson will be held Thursday, Sept. 18, at noon.

Speaker Rebecca Magnuson will tell her story combining the mission of She Sings, which is a one woman musical, a five-part documentary, a restaurant and also a non profit she formed, She is Safe of Chautauqua County.
Magnuson is a singer-songwriter, composer, concert pianist and playwright. She became the pianist at her father’s church in Brooklyn by third grade. At 14, her family moved to Chautauqua, where she was awarded scholarships from the Chautauqua Women’s Club and studied with world-renowned concert pianist Ozan Marsh at the Chautauqua Institution for the Arts.
