STOCKTON – Assemblyman Andrew Molitor, R-Westfield, joined community members, volunteers and antique equipment enthusiasts today at the opening of the 50th annual Chautauqua County Antique Equipment Association (CCAEA) Show in Stockton.
The three-day event celebrated five decades of preserving and sharing the region’s agricultural and mechanical heritage. Hosted on the CCAEA showgrounds on Cemetery Road, Stockton, the show features live demonstrations of antique engines, sawmill operations, blacksmithing and machine shop tools, along with tractor pulls, antique automobile displays, wagon rides, a flea market and family-friendly activities.
“This event is more than just a showcase of antique machinery, it’s a celebration of our rural history, the hard work of generations past, and the community spirit that keeps traditions alive,” Molitor said. “The fact that this show has grown and thrived for 50 years is a testament to the pride and passion of Chautauqua County.”
