John and Karen Finson of Lakewood announce the engagement of their daughter Dr. Laurel Joy Finson to Dylan Glatz, son of Jamie and Michelle Glatz of Jamestown.

Dr. Finson is a 2016 graduate of Southwestern High School, a 2020 graduate of SUNY Fredonia and a 2025 graduate of Jacob’s School of Medicine at SUNY at Buffalo. She is currently in her Residency in the field of psychiatry. Her fiance is a 2015 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2019 graduate of St. Bonaventure with his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is currently employed at Citibank as a Financial Analyst.

A September 2026 wedding is planned.
