Participants gathered in front of National Comedy Center for Roper Romp Event.

The Zonta Club of Jamestown brought a wave of red hair and fun to downtown with the area’s inaugural Mrs. Roper Romp.

The event was held on Saturday, June 14, and attracted 77 participants dressed in vibrant caftans and retro glam, inspired by the iconic TV character Helen Roper.

The group made stops at Sully’s at Northwest Arena, The National Comedy Center, Brazil Craft Beer & Wine Lounge, and Wicked Warren’s, spreading cheer and laughter at every location.

Together, participants raised $770 in support of the Zonta Club’s mission to build a better world for women and girls.
