Reg Lenna To Show ‘Pavements’ Wednesday

The Reg Lenna Center for the Arts will screen the film Pavements at 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 9.

Pavements is a documentary about the American indie band Pavement, which combines scripts with documentary images of the band and a musical mise-en-scene composed of songs from their discography. The band’s initially unreleased song “Harness Your Hopes” has gained popularity recently, becoming its most streamed track as well as being featured in several TikTok videos. Pavements is unrated and is 128 minutes long.

Upcoming Movies at The Reg include Disney’s live action remake of Lilo & Stitch (July 16 at 2 p.m. and July 18 at 7 p.m.), Benicio Del Toro in Wes Anderson’s latest comedy The Phoenician Scheme (July 23 at 7 p.m.), Dakota Johnson, Pedro Pascal and Chris Evans in the romantic film Materialists (July 25 at 7 p.m.), and the romantic comedy Jane Austen Wrecked My Life (July 30 at 7 p.m.)

Tickets for most Movies at The Reg are $8 in-person at the box office and $10 online (reglenna.com) and by calling 716-484-7070. Family showings are $7 in-person at the box office and $9 online and by phone. Special engagements are priced differently. The theater and box office at The Reg are located at 116 E. Third St., Jamestown. The box office is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 5 p.m. and one hour before movies and events.
