Editor’s Note; The wrong student information ran with the April Persell Student of the Month announcement in an earlier edition of The Post-Journal. The correct information is below.

Persell Middle School officials recently named the school’s April Students of the Month. They are:

Francesco Tehan, fifth grade and the son of Christopher and Michela Tehan. Frankie enjoys building things and working with electrical projects in his spare time. His favorite subject is math, and his goal in life is to become an electrical or biochemical engineer.

Josette McCraw, sixth grade and the daughter of Joshua and Stephanie McCraw. Josie’s hobbies include drawing, theater, and singing. Her favorite subject is ELA, and she is unsure of what she wants to do when she gets older.

Madison Kurtz, seventh grade and the daughter of Ed and Tammy Kurtz. Madison enjoys playing volleyball and participating in Winter Guard in her spare time. Her favorite subjects are math and science. Madison plans to go to college to become a teacher after graduating high school.

Mason Crawford, eighth grade and the son of Joseph and Allison Crawford. Mason’s hobbies include playing football, baseball, soccer, and basketball. His favorite class is English class, and his goal in life is to become an engineer.
