The Kennedy Free Library once again participated in Give Big CHQ. Each year the patrons of the library raise money to bridge the gap in the budget. This year’s goal was the highest the library has ever set. Rob Smith of Kennedy, pictured, is running for Poland town supervisor in the November election this year. Also pictured is Smith’s wife Liz, who is running for town council in the November election. The Smiths were the final donors to help the Kennedy Free Library achieve 100% of its fundraising goal.
