Jamestown Bar Association Honors Community Service Award Winners

The Jamestown Bar Association recently honored members with its Community Service awards.

Marilyn Fiore-Lehman serves as chairperson of the Community Services Committee presented awards to Joseph Calimeri and Andrew Robinson.

On behalf of the committee, attorney Charles DeAngelo presented the award to Calimeri, a current member of the Jamestown Public Schools Board of Education, a member of the Board of Directors for the Italian American Charity Golf Association and the Jamestown Babe Ruth World Series Committee for many years. Calimeri has also coached local children’s sports activities in addition to numerous other community involvements.

Local attorney Neil Robinson presented the award to his nephew, Andrew Robinson, a current youth baseball coach with a long history of volunteering and serving on the board for various organizations over the years, including the Chautauqua Blind Association, Chautauqua Lake Power Boat Club, and Cabin Inc.

The Jamestown Bar Association Community Service Award was created to honor local attorneys who volunteer their time to improve the community.
