Lillian Snyder, a senior at Westfield Academy and Central School, has officially signed with the Syracuse University Dance Team.

Snyder will attend SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) this fall as a freshman, where she has been accepted into the competitive honors program and will major in biotechnology.

The Syracuse University Dance Team is a nationally ranked Division 1A program known for its performances at football and basketball games, as well as its annual competition at the NDA College Nationals in Daytona, Fla.

Snyder has been dancing at Collage Performing Arts since the age of six and is a long-standing member of the award-winning Majestic Dance Team. Serving as captain for the last two years, she has helped lead her team to eight Dance Summit national titles under the direction of coaches Marci Williams-Hadley, Jenna Mansfield and Mariah Wojciechowski.
