Dan Smith, youth services chairman for the Westfield-Mayville Rotary Club, presented (Left) Lincoln Smith of Chautauqua Lake Central School notification that he was the recipient of a $1,200 Rotary District 7090 scholarship. Additionally, Smith announced that (Right) Zachary Maguire of Westfield Academy and Central School was a fourth place winner of $1,000 from the district. Both high school seniors had to submit a lengthy application of their community and leadership activities and how they live up to the Rotary 4 Way test. Rotary District 7090 covers 69 Western New York and Southern Ontario, Canada Rotary Clubs.
