Candy, this week’s Chautauqua County Humane Society Pet of the Week, is a treat – soft, sweet and impossible not to love. She may start off like a wrapped caramel: a little reserved and slow to open, but once she feels safe, her warm, sugary personality shines through. With eyes like melted chocolate and a spirit as gentle as cotton candy, she’ll quietly sneak her way into your heart. Meet Candy soon at the Chautauqua County Humane Society. All animals adopted from CCHS have been spayed or neutered, are up to date for vaccinations, and have a microchip. CCHS is located at 2825 Strunk Road, Jamestown, open from 1 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. See all available animals at Chqhumane.org.
