FALCONER – Julia Thompson and Sally Ferguson will celebrate the newest release of the WordGirls Collective with a book launch party at the Ten 25 Cafe, 1993 E. Main St., Falconer, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 7.

In Gather the Goodness, 23 three writers contribute devotions, short stories, poetry, fiction, Bible studies, essays, and more highlight kindness, faithfulness, gentleness and goodness. Thompson and Ferguson are two of the authors.

All books from the series will be available for purchase at the party.

Thompson lives with her husband in Falconer. They raised three adopted children with special needs. A Bible study teacher, her writing is another outlet for sharing God’s goodness and love. poetry, short stories and devotions bring her joy. She is working on a novel about three generations of women who search for purpose and legacy. Thompson is a member of Wordgirls and can be reached at julialaura125@gmail.com.
