Falconer Holds After Prom Event

Falconer Central School transformed into a tropical paradise in the early hours of May 18 for its 37th annual After Prom event, welcoming 100 juniors, seniors and their guests. The school was decorated in a Hawaiian luau theme and the students enjoyed a wide variety of activities including a mechanical surfboard, 75-foot inflatable obstacle course, inflatable axe throwing, casino games, BINGO, a 360-degree photo booth, caricature artists, airbrush tattoos, music and food. A highlight of the night was the Tiki Trader prize shop, where students exchanged “funny money” earned from games and activities for more than 200 prizes. Popular items included a Ninja Creami, a 32-inch television, Vera Bradley products, and a ton of gift baskets. Students also participated in silent and live auctions for larger items such as TVs, luggage sets, ice machines, and Chromebooks. Every student in attendance left with at least two prizes. Area businesses donated to the event as did families.

Starting at $3.50/week.
