Danielle Calkins, Ellicott deputy town clerk, has earned certification as a registered municipal clerk by the New York State Town Clerks Association.

Calkins has been serving as deputy town clerk since February 2019 and is also a member of the state Town Clerks Association. She attained her designation as a Registered Municipal Clerk through a combination of numerous hours of education and leadership in various professional and civic organizations.

The statewide Certification Program was launched in 1997 in conjunction with the state Association of City and Village Clerks.
