Chautauqua Lake Honors February Students Of Month

MAYVILLE - Students of the Month at Chautauqua Lake Central School honored for December/January achievements are Rebecca Ames, Kaitlyn Brown, Lane Scarpine, Kadence Chapman, Kadence Chapman and Kristina Dickey. Rebecca Ames, seventh grade exemplifies the qualities of an outstanding student through her enthusiasm for learning, strong work ethic, and positive attitude. Always prepared and eager to participate, she consistently goes above and beyond expectations, showing initiative and inspiring those around her. Her favorite subject is math because she enjoys the independence it offers. Outside of school, Rebecca is an active athlete who enjoys playing both volleyball and softball. Kaitlyn Brown, eighth grade, exemplifies dedication and perseverance in everything she does. Always prepared and eager to participate, she approaches learning with enthusiasm and a strong work ethic. Her positive attitude and willingness to support and motivate her peers make her a leader in the classroom. Through her initiative and determination, Kaitlyn sets a high standard, proving that hard work and passion for learning lead to success. Lane Scarpine, ninth grade, is a hardworking and conscientious student who approaches every challenge with determination and a positive attitude. His favorite subject is global studies because he enjoys learning about history, including events like the fall of the Roman Empire. Outside of school, Lane enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. His strong work ethic, kindness, and ability to advocate for himself make him a role model among his peers both in and out of the classroom. Kadence Chapman, 10th grade, is a kind and confident student whose presence brings a sense of calm and maturity to the classroom. She actively participates in class discussions, always prepared and willing to share her talents with others. Kadence enjoys art, swimming, as well as trap shooting. Her creativity, dedication, and leadership make her a positive influence in both academics and extracurricular activities. Telaney Walrod, 11th grade, is an inquisitive and proactive student who thrives in collaborative learning environments. Her favorite subject is chemistry, where she appreciates how Mrs. Jantzi always makes her day better. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, going on walks, playing guitar, and drawing. Talaney’s thorough and engaged approach to learning makes her a standout student and a valuable contributor to any classroom discussion. Kristina Dickey, 12th grade, is a responsible and energetic leader who approaches her academics with curiosity and dedication. Her favorite subject is human anatomy because she finds the content fascinating and enjoys how Mrs. Jantzi makes the class fun and interactive. She has taken ownership of her education, demonstrating both maturity and a strong work ethic. Always engaged and willing to support her peers, Kristina sets a high standard for leadership and academic excellence. Her enthusiasm for learning and ability to inspire others make her a true role model in the school community.
