WMH Foundation To Hold “10 Days Of Giving” Fundraiser

The WMH Foundation announces its Annual Campaign and thanks all those in AHN Westfield Hospital’s service area (and beyond) for the continuous support year after year as seen in this year’s Independence Day Parade Float in Mayville. WESTFIELD – For the Westfield Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Thanksgiving season begins earlier than usual this year.

As sponsors of “10 Days of Giving for WMH” Raffle, the foundation board would like to thank its many donors in the hospital’s 14 service areas and neighboring communities. Numerous businesses and individual donors have stepped up to donate more than $11,000 worth of gifts (ranging up to $1,500.)

Tickets can be purchased in the hospital lobby or by seeking Patty DiPalma, foundation executive director, or a foundation board member.

Every day for 10 consecutive days, beginning Monday, Nov. 18, leading up to Thanksgiving, a winner will be chosen to win one of the following prizes:

– Nov. 18 10.2″ Apple iPad with Smart Keyboard (compliments of Fredonia Walmart)

– Nov. 19 Hilarious Getaway at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel – $500 value including overnight accommodations for two, tickets to the National Comedy Center and Lucy/Desi Museum

– Nov. 20 2 pairs of Designer Sunglasses compliments of Drs. Steven and Carolyn Ihrig

– Nov. 21 Bintelli Electric Bike – valued at $1,500 (compliments of Dave Warren Motors)

– Nov. 22 55″ Samsung TV (compliments of West Herr)

– Nov. 23 Frigidaire 30 c ft., upright freezer (compliments of ACME Appliance)

– Nov. 24 Gift Card Surprise Package

– Nov. 25 Salvatore’s Grand Hotel Package

– Nov. 26 DEWALT Power Tool – $500 value (compliments of Westfield Ag & Turf)

– Nov. 27 The Best of Chautauqua Institution Package – $500 Gift Card

Multiple daily ‘Runner Up’ drawings will also be conducted, and winners can expect to win gift certificates valued at a minimum of $50 compliments of: Blasdell Pizza, Buttercream Babe, CJ’s Pizza, Full Strength Coffee, gas cards from Kwik Fill and Citgo, Jacks Barcelona Drive-In, Meeder’s Restaurant, Parkview Café, Tim Hortons, TOPS Friendly Markets, TW Biggins and Wegmans.

Other daily runner up drawings will include: a set of har- covered coffee table books depicting the history of Buffalo provided by the Buffalo News, artisan crafted pottery from Reno Pottery and a Master-Touch Charcoal 22″ Grill given by Add Lumber. Calarco’s Italian Restaurant, Quagliana’s Bark Grill and Westfield Nursery also donated gift certificates while Chautauqua Harbor Hotel and Chautauqua Suites provided overnight accommodations for two. Gift baskets were donated by Peaceful Designs, Invention Room, Ralston Purina, Tractor Supply and Johnson Estate Winery (valued at $200.) Finally, a priceless No. 26 Rasmus Dahlin autographed hockey stick was donated by the Buffalo Sabres.

Tickets cost $20 each or three for $50.
