The Falconer Public Library is presenting an art display by Barbara Garfield for the month of October. There are more than 30 works of art on display and most are available to purchase. Painting has been a passion of Garfield’s since she took art in high school. Oils were her favorite medium but as time went on, she has tried acrylics and watercolors. The library, located at 101 W. Main St., Falconer, is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
